Orders & shipping

Can I return an item?

Yes — you can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns are accepted if the item is:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Original condition
  • All labels, tags, and our security ribbon are still attached
  • The item is free from odour, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, makeup, or damage

Once the ribbon is removed, we will not be able to accept a return. This is for hygiene and quality assurance reasons.

How long do I have to return my item?
  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Once approved, you must post the item back within 7 days.

For international orders, the same time frame applies, but we allow 21 days total due to delivery differences.

Is there a return fee?

Yes — we charge a £3.99 flat return processing fee per order (UK only), which will be deducted from your refund.

Why do you ask for an unboxing video?

To prevent fraudulent claims, we may request an unboxing video showing the parcel being opened (from sealed to opened condition).

This protects both you as the buyer and us as the seller, especially for missing item or damaged claims.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to info@madevinci.com and we will contact the shipping company.

Do you accept international returns?

Yes — international customers must cover the cost of shipping, customs clearance, and duty charges.

We strongly advise using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.
