Vinci Points is the Made Vinci loyalty and rewards programme.
You earn points whenever you shop our women’s clothing or take part in simple actions, then turn those points into money off a future order.

Just create a customer account at madevinci.com.
Once you’ve signed up, you’ll automatically become a Vinci Points member and start earning points.

No. Vinci Points is completely free to join and free to use.
You simply collect points as you shop and redeem them when you’re ready.

You earn Vinci Points on the garment value in your basket: £1 spent = 1 Vinci Point
Points are based on the order subtotal and are not earned on delivery charges or any other fees.

As well as shopping, you can earn extra points by:

• Creating an account – 100 Vinci Points
• Adding your birthday – 200 Vinci Points each year
• Following us on Instagram via your Vinci Points panel – 50 Vinci Points
• Following us on TikTok via your Vinci Points panel – 50 Vinci Points

Any one-off rewards like sign-up and social follows are limited to once per customer.

When you're logged in, you'll see your personal referral link in the Vinci Points panel.

• Your friend gets: £5 off their first Made Vinci order over £40 when they use your link.
• You get: £5 off your next order over £40 once their order has been completed.

Referral rewards are handled automatically - you'll be notified when your reward is ready to use

Login into your Made Vinci account and open the Vinci Points panel on the website. Your available, pending and approved points will be shown there. You'll also see your usable balance at checkout.

Points from purchases are added after your order is confirmed.

If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points from that order will be removed from your balance so that it stays accurate.

When you reach at least 200 Vinci Points, you can start using them at checkout:

• Every 100 Vinci Points = £1 off your order.
• You can choose how many points to use in £1 steps (e.g. 200 points = £2,500 points = £5).

You'll see an option in your Vinci Points panel or at checkout to turn points into a discount.

There’s no fixed limit other than your available balance and your order total – your Vinci Points discount can’t be higher than the value of your basket.

If we ever introduce a per-order cap, it will be clearly shown in your Vinci Points panel and at checkout.

No. Vinci Points discounts cannot be combined with other discount or promo codes on the same order.

You can still use Vinci Points on most sale items unless we clearly state otherwise on a specific promotion.

• You do not earn points on delivery or shipping charges – only on the garment subtotal.
• If you return an item for a refund, the points you originally earned from that item will be removed from your account, in line with other UK fashion loyalty schemes.

At the moment, Vinci Points do not have a set expiry date.

If we ever need to introduce an expiry period in the future, we’ll update this page and your Vinci Points panel, and we’ll always give you clear notice so you have time to use any remaining points.

No. Vinci Points are linked to a single Made Vinci customer account and can’t be transferred between accounts or combined across different email addresses.

To make the most of your points, try to use the same email address each time you shop.

If you ask us to close your Made Vinci account or we need to close it in line with our terms and conditions, any unused Vinci Points will be lost and can’t be recovered.

You’re welcome to create a new account at any time, but your previous points balance will not transfer.

If you believe points are missing:

1. Make sure you were logged into your account when you placed the order.
2. Check the status of your order (points are not kept for refunded or cancelled items).
   
3. If it still looks wrong, contact our customer care team with your order number and the email address linked to your account.

We’ll happily take a look and correct any genuine errors.
